Health comes first.Take care of yourself.
If you sleep badly, stay up later.You have to be tired to sleep.
Spend some time, most days, exercising.Keep fit.
About one session* a day out of the house.Don't be a recluse.
About one session* a day observing.Limit the easiest pastime.
No computing on Sundays [day of your choice].Have one day a week off the screen.
If you want to remember later, keep a record.Don't rely on memory.
Store all of each category in only one place.It feels good.
Whatever you do, do well.Have only one standard: excellent.
Whatever project you're doing, don't stop.Finish things.
If you say you'll do something by a time, do so.Be reliable.
Start a written message with the main point.Few people read messages all the way through.
Never take risks that there's no point in taking.No "challenge risks"; no "pride risks".
Use the smallest amount of materials for a job.Minimise your passage through the world.
Once it's on your plate, you have to eat it.Don't waste food: you don't have the right.
If it can be recycled, it has to be recycled.Even if it's inconvenient.
Don't be bothered by what you can't influence.There's no point.
Don't be bothered by small things.There are plenty of big things.
Don't plan in detail.Future situations differ from what you imagine.
Say "yes" to anything new.New experiences become rare.
